I became closer friends with Christopher Plant when I was producing Private School 101 last Spring in the Spring Arts building. Since then, we have had endless conversations about our interaction and attraction with the arts, culture, our fellow humans, and spirituality. 

During this quarantine I started a regular practice of meditation which has been the greatest gift. Most of the time is in stillness allowing for the momentum of old thought patterns to calm and the TRUTH  to appear. Some of the thoughts here are still loose but I have a strong feeling that they're leading me to something really cool.
